I am Maria Rodriguez Ponce, goldsmith and designer and the creative mind behind Emmé by Lola, a company that creates ethical and sustainable jewelry. My soul is closely connected to my homeland, a small coastal town near Cadiz, southern Spain, where Africa can be seen on the horizon. This magical enclave has shaped my being and is an inexhaustible source of my inspiration and longing. Since 2010 I have lived in Berlin, a bohemian, crazy and creative city where I now feel at home.
